Turnaround time

All Palmworks jewellery is made to order, unless stated as Ready to Ship.

My current turnaround time for made to order & commission jewellery is approximately 4 weeks

If you require an item made sooner (for example, if it is a gift), please contact me on the above email address & it is likely I will be able to meet your request.

Resizing Signet Rings

If you order a signet ring to a particular size & it doesn't quite fit, I can resize it once for you at no cost to yourself. To do this, you will need to send the item back to me via Royal Mail Special Delivery or your country equivalent, & notify me via email of the tracking number. Postage is non-refundable.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

PALMWORKS is a UK-based online retailer specialising in sustainable jewellery, handcrafted accessories & adorned garments. If you have any questions, you can contact us at:

2. Products & Pricing

  • All items sold are handcrafted & thus unique & imperfect. You will see signs of all items having been made by hand - all items will carry unique markings. Adorned vintage items will carry signs of wear. We describe each item as accurately as possible.

  • Prices are listed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards & PayPal.

  • If an item is unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days.

  • Delivery times vary based on location. UK orders typically arrive within 5 business days; international orders may take longer.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

  • Please be aware that shipping items internationally may incur additional customs charges which are dictated by country. We are not responsible for these charges and these will need to be paid by the customer where necessary.

  • We currently offer shipping to the UK & America.

  • If you are looking for shipping to other parts of the world, please email and we can look at shipping options for you.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • The sale of all jewellery items are final, as each piece is made to order. Earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

  • Adorned garments & handcrafted accessories can be exchanged within 10 days of the item being purchased. Items must be returned via trackable delivery, & must be returned unworn, with all original tags intact & original packaging included where possible.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving the returned item.

6. Consumer Rights

  • You have the right to a refund or exchange if an item is faulty. Unique markings on handmade jewellery, & wear to vintage items are not indicative of a fault with the item. All distinct marks will be listed on the item description prior to sale.

  • If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us immediately.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including images, text, and branding, is owned by

  • You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior permission.

8. Privacy & Data Protection
